As a technology leader, we need employees with a wide variety of technical backgrounds. Below is a representative listing of the types of technician positions you will find at HTI. CAD Technicians and Drafters – work closely with design engineers, process engineers and toolmakers to generate models and prints in Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.
Development Support Technicians – produce prototypes; run, monitor, troubleshoot and adjust the manufacturing process. Electromechanical Technicians – build, assemble and qualify new production equipment. Lab Technicians - provide testing expertise in material science and chemistry-related fields. Maintenance Technicians – maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment. Manufacturing Support Technicians – ensure the manufacturing process is running at optimal levels of efficiency and quality. Support engineering in the research, testing and implementation of process changes. Metrology Technicians – coordinate measurement and inspection of products and tools through programming and operation of coordinate measurement machines and other lab inspection systems. Quality Engineering Technicians – monitor quality of product and processes using established engineering procedures and quality control principles. Vision Technicians – assist with the development and troubleshooting of computer programs for automated optical inspection equipment. |
