401-K, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, & Profit Sharing
401-K Savings Plan
This plan offers an excellent opportunity to save for the future on a pre-tax basis. Plan features include: an automatic enrollment feature, generous HTI matching contribution (1 for 1 up to 6%), high quality investment choices including Target-Date Retirement Portfolios, convenient payroll deduction, on-line access to view and manage your account and a loan option.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Employees have the opportunity to purchase HTI stock at a discount through regular and convenient payroll deductions. This makes it easy for you to become an owner and share in the company’s potential future growth.
Profit Sharing Plan
This plan is designed to allow you to share in HTI's profits by strengthening the relationship between your efforts and corporate financial performance. Profit Sharing is calculated quarterly.
Health Benefits
Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield Network)
The medical plan offers comprehensive medical coverage, including prescription drugs. You have the flexibility to choose from two levels of deductible. A wide variety of participating providers are available worldwide.
Dental
Your dental plan is designed to provide coverage for preventative care, basic services such as fillings and major services such as crowns and bridges.
Life Insurance
We provide basic life and AD&D (accidental death and dismemberment) insurance at no cost to employees. You can supplement this coverage by purchasing additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, spouse and children.
Short Term and Long Term Disability
We provide income protection in the event of an approved short term disability. We also provide basic long term disability coverage in the event of an approved disability exceeding 150 days. Employees can purchase additional long term disability coverage.
Time Off
Employee Managed Time Off
Employees accrue paid time off at the rate of approximately 80 hours in the first year of employment and increase their accrual by 40 hours per year at 1,5,10 and 20 years of employment. Employees also have a limited amount of unpaid time they can use.
Holidays
We offer ten paid holidays each year
Leaves of Absence
Medical, personal, parental, family and military leaves are available.
Continuing Education
We support continuous learning by providing reimbursement for tuition costs, books and other materials used in approved courses. Company sponsored seminars and training programs are also available to interested employees.
Relocation
HTI has a four-tier relocation benefit for employees who relocate at the request of the company. The tier and specific benefits available are determined by the employee's new position. The benefits range from basic home finding, moving and temporary living accommodations, to home sale and purchase, and packing and shipping of household goods.
Other Benefits
Medical and Dependent Care Spending Accounts
This benefit allows employees to direct part of their pay, on a pre-tax basis, into accounts that can be used to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical or dependent care expenses.
Other Benefits
Fitness Center, HTI Store, Employee Assistance Program, Years of Service Award, direct deposit, funeral pay, food service and high-speed internet kiosks.
