Our Culture

Over the course of 40+ years, we have developed a culture that sets us apart as a company and brings us together as a team.
 
In its simplest form, culture is how things get done around here.  It’s how we think, how we approach our work and how we treat our customers, suppliers and each other.

Our culture of excellence provides us with a durable competitive advantage.  That durability is illustrated by our long-standing leadership in the suspension assembly market.  At one time, we had over 30 competitors.  Today, we have only two.  The others weren’t able to respond to the industry's technology shifts, the intense competition and the ever-increasing market requirements. 

The merits of our culture are also evident in the patient monitoring breakthrough represented by our InSpectra™ StO2 Tissue Oxygenation Monitor.  From the very start, our entry into the medical market emphasized the application of scientific and economic principles to solve problems and bring value to the customer. As a result, we brought an innovative new product to the medical market that overcomes deficiencies of current methods of measuring tissue oxygenation and fills a critical information gap.
